Would give a zero if I had a choice
Would give a zero if I had a choice. Placed an order with express shipping and been over a week and no acknowledged email. When tracking on site states still ‘process’ tried to contact them and email is fake, no reply to IG messages had to end up opening a dispute with PayPal. Either a scam site or really bad at customer service considering I’ve had lots of PB stuff before.

poor quality would not use again
I purchased a small bag for my daughter, it broke and they refused to replace or refund but offered to send me a new strap which never arrived.

They losted my order
They losted my order. The customer experience was so bad. After one month they give me back money without shipping money. I definitly can’t suggest buy in their website.

Unacceptable service
I have used a lot of web sites, including many of the "designer" brands and this is the worst company I have dealt with. Delivery interminable, goods okay but not the quality I expected and different from photos on web site, okay free return which I did appreciate but NO contact whatsoever, no confirmation of receipt and no confirmation of REFUND, now three weeks in. Am continually having to chase. I won't be using this company again.
